After the earthquake many people suffered broken limbs and broken lives. Houses were gone, sometimes family members are gone. In order to "set" broken limbs doctors use an external fixator to hold the limb steady.
Buildings are down and lives are forever changed.
When people lose their houses, they need a place to stay...
Thank you for the updated pictures. I check every day as my daughter is one of the nurses staying on your campus to help. I appreciate what all you doing to try to keep the world informed about the situation. Please know that you are all in our prayers. Please let us know if there is more that we can do from the states.
The Quisqueya Crisis Relief Center was created in Port-au-Prince, Haiti after the January 2010 earthquake to meet immediate medical needs as well as long-term rebuilding and restoration goals. We are in partnership with Quisqueya Christian School, a private international school serving Port-au-Prince students for over 35 years.
